Hello,
Currently when you mark an order as accepted, and the script attempts to make the server, it will not display an error, and mark the order as complete (This is in the order screen, not the product screen in the client screen) - I think a quick fix for anyone who knows how to do this - when the location is full and the server fails to make an account, create a to-do list item for the order for us to refer back to in 24hrs. With out this, we would have simply accepted the order, and have no idea that the server wasent created until an angry client emails us. |

Seem i cant even try and add functionality for this, because the mod is ioncubed.
So only H9 staff can do this then i guess. So should i leave this post here, or do i make a ticket? |

So the module isent in charge of telling if a todo list item is added or not?
I dont see how this is plausible. + whmcs did not make the module H9 did. |
