whmcs's support said this:
"174.36.82.195 does not appear to be part of the HostNine network. This can be caused by being on a dedicated IP, dedicated server or an IP HostNine have not yet added to the system. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostNine support along with your IP for assistance." please can anyone of the support team take a look at my ticket! Ticket ID = DKT-574343 |

FYI anyone having these issues should put a ticket in at HostNine LLC - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite to the "WHMCS License Support" department. These requests can only be handled by myself, Dan, or Ben, and submitting the ticket to any other department will result in confusion and delays. Please submit the ticket to the proper department and wait patiently for a response to your ticket.
