Link cpanel accounts to whmcs

Hello,

I reasise that if setup properly packages created in whmcs will automatically be created in reseller central. Cancel or suspen in whmcs will result in the same in reseller central from whmcs.

My question is;

a reseller that already has clients set up in reseller central. Their web sites are already hosted so not a new customer. Can I create a client in whmcs then link that cpanel account from reseller central to the client account in whmcs? So that the suspension or cancellation would work?

Also if a customer signs up for plan 1 in whmcs and whmcs sets up plane 1 in reseller central and later on the custome upgrades to plan 2 will whmcs update reseller central to plan 2 for the customer?
