Hi,
I read the other thread that talks about this issue. Here is my configuration In server configuration I have Server IP - 208.43.106.11 In products/services I have this under the custom fields: CustomProduct-IP Address Field Type: Text box And I have in email i tried these both: {$service_custom_field_ipaddress} {$service_custom_fields.1} I'm not getting any value in the email. What am I doing wrong here? Can someone please help. Thanks |

The field should be called "IP Address" (without quotes) nothing else.

I am getting a response from RC with <font=" at the end of it... meaning if it goes through automatically it sends an email with that in it...
