Exclamation WHMCS won't automatic sending email

I'm H9 Reseller Customer. I have been about 4 month to be H9 Customer. 4 month with H9, I'm so glad, because i can run my bussinis with smooth WHMCS automatic create invoice, automatic sending email for customer.

But later, lately 2-3 days ago ( until now ) my WHMCS won't automatic sending welcome email who registration from my website. then i check my WHMCS activity Log, I have found

30/06/2009 00:00 Admin Email Notification Sending Failed - (Subject: WHMCS Cron Job Activity) System
30/06/2009 00:00 Cron Job Run System
29/06/2009 00:00 Admin Email Notification Sending Failed - (Subject: WHMCS Cron Job Activity) System
29/06/2009 00:00 Cron Job Run System


ERROR Activity

So, I have open ticket to H9, I think they still find the way how to solved my problem..

I want ask friends who have reseller account with H9, had same problem with me? example : WHMCS automatic can't sending email to our client.

PS : my reseller account in node12

I have no issues here. And the messages you see only applies to the cron jobs every day you have, as far as I know.
Perhaps your node has an email issue.

yeah...I think my node12 have email issue. but i can sending email from my domain such as admin@mydomain.com ( i'm using outlook express sending/receive email using my domain )but can't receive WHMCS cron jobs email as i have posted in previous WHMCS activity error log.Before ( about 2 month ago ) i can receive cron jobs email, but now haven't

I have tried create new invoice, but error message in WHMCS log, i tried open support ticket but error too in my WHMCS log...

Do you have the possibility to migrate to another node? I would do that, unless you are using a dedicated IP for SSL.

OR:
Go in WHMCS to Setup -> General Settings and from there to Mail. Change mail type to SMTP and create an SMTP account in cPanel. (or from SMTP to PHP Mail())

OK...my problem have been SOLVED...I change my WHMCS General Settings in Mail tab change from SMTP to PHP(mail) so my WHMCS can sending email...Thanks for your help Yinz... ::thumb up:: for you Yinz

PHP Mail is not recommended as it can be blocked (and usually is) from free email providers and is usually the cause of (correct me if I am wrong) blacklisting issues as the PHP Mail uses sendmail which is anonymous
