Default Resource Usage Not Displaying In WHMCS

Is anyone else having a problem not getting the Resource Usage to work in whmcs?

I can view all the resource usage in reseller central but can not figure out how to make it display in whmcs. Within whmcs under reports "Disk Space & Bandwidth Usage Summary" all that is listed under "Client Name/Domain" is the node and ip address for each package. Why is the domain name or client not listed there?

Not really sure how to go about changing what is pulled into this field.

Thanks for any tips

Hmmm I guess no one has any clues.

I did submit a ticket to whmcs support and was told that using the reseller central it is up to H9 to allow that information to pass and would have to set it up in the rc api.

So once again I guess I am at the mercy of H9.

I don't see that information either, but I never really was worried about it either.

if you are using Reseller Central, the resource usage is not updated by WHMCS. There is not a function in the Reseller Central module (and probably the Reseller Central API) that provides that information to WHMCS.

As of WHMCS v4.0.2 Plesk and cPanel modules are the only servers to update the usage information

WHMCS would probably add it in if H9 had it in their API
