"Verification Failure

The domain you entered points to 112.140.184.245 which does not appear to be part of the HostNine network. This can be caused by being on a dedicated IP, dedicated server or an IP HostNine have not yet added to the system. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostNine support along with your IP for assistance."

Node 75 has yet to be set up on WHMCS? Please help me out so I can start my business soon.. =]

PS: I've entered the correct domain to register on http://www.whmcs.com/hostnine but i got this reply..

Man, can I get a reply at least? my ticket has been open for about 48Hrs without a reply..

So,

Its been 72 Hours..

I've e-mailed support.
Used Live Chat to tell the support team to take a look.
Opened a new ticket regarding the issue.

& still no response.

Been on hold on the phone for about half hour, and hung up.

H9, please look into the ticket I opened.
Ticket ID = [#BZU-774746]

If you're processing it, just let me know! No response for over 72 Hours is real bull man..

EDIT: I just got thru to the support phone line, they said they'll forward it to an admin, Hope the response comes quick.

The "problem" is that WHMCS have a list of IP addresses associated with H9 that h9 keep up to date. In this instance, the IP Address list does not have this IP address on it

This IP address is now on the WHMCS list so you can apply for your license now
