So we required a dedicated ip, and now our whmcs licence is invalid, if anyone that can help is out there, could you look at ticket IQY-113346
I havent been able to accept new clients since last night, and Its becoming a very bad issue.. |

I am having the same issue, after changing the directory of my WHMCS installation from /billing to clients. I have opened a ticket for over 24h without reply. Ticket number DYE-341208; have not been able to process orders for the last 48h.

submit a ticket to WHMCS.
If they can verify the new IP belongs to H9, then they will update the license for you. Just remember to email them from your email address registered on whmcs.com |

Hello,
Like was stated, WHMCS can do IP changes as long as the new IP is on our network. If not, email me personally nickh@hostnine.com and I can reissue your license for you. |
