Auto redirect on checkout problem

i see no one know the answer to this so ive posted it to the whmcs admin!! via ticket

hi folks

has anyone had this problem with whmcs in which when selected

Auto Redirect on Checkout
Select to not automatically redirect and just show the order completed page
Select to automatically redirect the user to the invoice
Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway (x) selected

when on checkout page but before payment it shows paypal or google becuase thats what i have but shows a redirect bar in pink and goes not to the payment processer but goes to knowledgebase.php?action=search
instead of payment processor

can anyone help

It's run by javascript.

You should have a form[x].submit - try increasing the number in the template file that deals with the redirection.

You probably have another form in the header/footer that is causing the incorrect submit,

im still not sure where the problem lies but ive had a response from matt at whmcs and i think ive found the issue but still not sure how its happening

Yeah, I'm sure WHMCS will fix it, there quick and effective with there support.
