anyone have trouble with the http://www.whmcs.com/hostnine/
site? im getting an error adding my domain?

The domain you entered points to xx.xx.xx.xxx which does not appear to be part of the HostNine network. If you feel this message to be an error, please contact HostNine support (remembering to include your IP) for assistance.

why would i do that when i have an open ticket on this that i cant seem to get help with. I'm really getting tired of being in the middle of this crap with modern bill and hostnine. Now i have to waste all my time AGAIN going through this same crap i went through before when i was assured my modernbill license was in place and working when it was not. Making help tickets only to be left on hold.

I was promised whmcs would be installed today. Now here i sit wondering why my website "does not appear to be part of the HostNine network"

very disappointed !!!!!!

happens when new nodes and servers are added to H9 and all the servers IP's are not allocated. If you get a dedicated IP, that can be a new IP on the server and so WHMCS would not know it is part of H9
