How to setup WHMCS + RC for both Linux & Windows Hosting

I am using WHMCS as the billing software. I want to create both windows and Linux account from WHMCS. How it is possible ? How I separate Windows package and Linux Package in ResellersCentral and How I integrate it with WHMCS.

Please suggest.
