Default Will Whmcs Delete Accounts In Rc??

I did some testing on my new RC account and WHMCS. I got everything working fairly seamless for setting them up. Now I want to remove all the dummy accounts that I created during the testing.

I went in to the WHMCS Admin area and deleted all of the client services as well as the dummy client. All seemed well.

Then I logged in to RC only to find that they were all still there.

So I have to ask... Is WHMCS supposed to kill the accounts in RC when they are deleted?

If so, is there something special that I need to do to get that to work?

If not, can you add this to your list of features to work on for future releases?

Thanks.

Mike

I believe you'll first have to terminate accounts from WHMCS.
Click on products, hosting and there you'll find create, terminate, suspend and more of that

I am not sure what exactly you are referring to, but there is no such path in WHMCS nor RC (at least that I could find).

In WHMCS there is only a module command for creating the account, but I believe that there should be one for deleting the account. As I understand it right now, the admin must delete the account in WHMCS and RC individually. Kind of takes a lot away from WHMCS (in my oppinion)

I will keep looking thanks for your help.

First select your client. Then click on Product/Services, and there you'll see
Create / Suspend / Unsuspend / Terminate / Change package / Change password

If you click Terminate the account is going to be terminated in RC.
I don't know if it can be automated by just clicking delete, but if it is possible, i don't want it. That would be a stupid mistake, accidently deleting an hostingpackage ;-)

WHMCS only has Create, Suspend and Unsuspend as that is all the RC API supports at current

All of these options are not in my WHMCS. I only show...
