Thumbs up [FIXED] Account Creation Issues

If you're having issues with account creation make sure your module is set to use https://cp.hostnine.com

Notice the S in https as we had to make changes on our end to route all traffic to https for security purposes and did not realize this caused issues with curl using http as it wasn't forwarding properly to https.

Once again, just make sure you're using https in your url to Reseller Central setup and you're good to go!

Will this resolve the unable to retrieve IP address issues we've been talking about? And where does this new secure URL go in the WHMCS setup exactly? The instructions/setup never mention having to put this in there.

If you are talking about "SSL" option in WHCMS Setup area? if that so, if you already have your own SSL cert, you can put your own SSL www address there as if your domain is www.abc.com and you put https://www.abc.com

Hope this helps

No, he says: If you're having issues with account creation make sure your module is set to use https://cp.hostnine.com

Where exactly would this go in the WHMCS setup? The "Servers" area? If so, where exactly?

Yes, you have to use that SSL url address that H9 provides which is https://cp.hostnine.com to use the RC.

I still not understand your part with WHMCS setup?

Where does that SSL URL address go in the WHMCS setup? Exactly? It's not in there anywhere now, and I guess from the original post, this fixes the account creation/IP issues we've been running into.

The SSL setup in WHCMS is where you put your OWN SSL address that if you already purchased the SSL cert. It has nothing to do with the the one above provided. I assume they found the problem so they added the SSL to the RC CP's so that way all accounts/IP issues will be fixed. That's all I know at this time.
