Default No Full Control

To my understanding, H9 wont let resellers to access thier own WHM but instead we have to use RC which cause limitations to resellers forcing us to wait longer for anything such as mirgiaton accounts, change domain etc...

Reseller are suppose to have full control not limited, that is my opinion. If we have access to WHM, we would be able to operate reseller services faster which means customers will be happy rather than waiting for H9 folks to reply me back thru support tickets, which I am not little happy about.

My goal is Speed and Full Control = More Customers

Think about it

There are 40+ servers, your RC account can create a CPANEL account on any of them. I don't actually think any of the CPANEL accounts are created under multiple reseller whm usernames, it's probably just a master h9 one, 1 WHM account per server to keep it simple.

If you want WHM access, buy a dedicated No where on the reseller page does it say you're offered WHM access.

Can you actually name a feature that you need access to that's not available via the cpanel for your client?

I can think of a few, but they are not important.

I would like to see RC to have all features what WHM has, then I can be able to do everything rather than bugging support tickets

I guess I could suggest a dedicated server. Or just wait a few weeks till they offer WHM accounts again.

I was tasting the waters what H9 reseller system is like, so far what I see right now, I am seeing I may need dedicated server but not right away becuase I dont want to move so fast and make mistake.. I want built from bottom to top, that's part of successful business..

Thought about it...

RC does everything that WHM does (or the things that I actually need). Not to mention, with 44 servers, I think it's alot faster to have a snapshot of the account details (and the tools I need) in one place rather than logging into 44 different WHMs to find/modify their account.

After all "Speed and Full Control = More Customers"

Long time ago, I used run a hosting biz and ran 82 servers with one WHM and it was amazing and alot of work, not easy though .... It was a amazing experience for me!
