Default WHMCS Server Setup

I followed the guide to create the RC WHMCS setup.. but why's it take so long to create an account? It's been doing it for the last couple of minutes.

So.. it created the account in RC, but WHMCS timed out. The account is still set on Pending in WHMCS.

This is the timeout error:
Server Command Error
28 - Operation timed out after 200000 milliseconds with 171 bytes received

Have you double checked your custom values?

I'm not sure, but it is possible that WHMCS is passing a value that is confusing RC and causing things to take longer.

Also, is this happening with all locations? When you create an account via WHMCS, it contacts RC, tells it to create the account, and RC contacts the particular node and tells it to create the account. Then everything goes the other way until WHMCS receives the completion command. If that particular node is slow, that might be causing the problem.

FYI: If you submit ticket with WHMCS, they can login and find out at what point exactly their script is timing out. If it's a problem on the H9 side of things, it would probably be helpful to them if you could give them this information.

WHMCS support is honestly the best support I have EVER dealt with. (sorry H9... You're close, but Matt, Joe and Andrew take the cake)
