I need this as well...
I too am using WHMCS to get all my hosting organized. I really would love to be able to set up windows hosting in WHMCS and it intergrate with RC as well.

From what I understand, the ability to add Windows accounts is coming in WHMCS v3.6.1.
The beta was released today, so it shouldn't be very long before the full version is released (I think 3.6.0 was in beta for about a week IIRC before full was released)

I would like to confirm that Windows is in 3.6.1
We just finished the API code on our end and are waiting on WHMCS to add in the new feature.
