Question WHMCS cPanel Integration

Hi everyone. I have just setup WHMCS and everything seems to work e.g. accounts get setup in reseller central and the customers receive welcome emails etc but there's one part I seem to be stuck on, I can't seem to get cPanel to work with it. I want the system to send customers "Hosting Account Welcome Email (Cpanel)" but it just... doesn't.

Could anyone tell me what I need to setup for all of this to work together?

Regards,
Aivere.

Hmmm...wonder why this was never answered. I appreciate the fact that HostNine offers and will install WHMCS, but I find it disheartening that there is VERY little support or even instruction on this utility.

Seems like you shouldn't promote it as a selling point if you don't give comprehensive instructions on integrating this system with your existing customers...

H9 does not provide support for WHMCS, I do not know why they do not inform you of this when they offer free billing system.

And maybe they did, but I missed that, but it seems to me if there is a section in the forums entitled "WHMCS" that there would be some information that is somewhat useful therein.

However...the possibility does exist that I'm a total idiot for not being able to figure this thing out on my own

The guys over at whmcs.com provide great support for their app. I am running it and it works beautifully, just a wee bit of a trick to set up.

Here's the link to the setup instructions for reseller central. If you keep having issues submit a support request to WHMCS and they'll get you fixed up

The guys at WHMCS are great for this and they will provide support as long as you need it

There is a forum for WHMCS for H9 users to help each other - it isn't a support forum
