Default WHMCS Support tickets

When a new support ticket is opened in WHMCS, is a notification of the new ticket supposed to be emailed anywhere? What email address would they be sent to?

I created a test ticket, and received a notification AS THE PERSON RAISING THE TICKET - not as the support system receiving the ticket. Only one email was sent - to the person raising the ticket (me).

Surely it doesn't go to the email address of the support department? I thought that address was only used for RECEIVING emails from clients and automatically creating tickets from them.

Is that correct?

Mark.

You need to ensure you have the box ticked in your Admin profile to receive new ticket notifications

Thanks for that!

Only one problem - I've just had a good look for that tickbox, and I can't find it anywhere. Are you able to point me to it?

Mark.

Thanks for that. Found it this time.

Unfortunately, it was already ticked. I'm going to have to do some more testing, and perhaps submit a ticket to HostNine if it continues not to work (not their fault, I suppose, but I gotta start somewhere).
