G'day All,
Is there a way within WHMCS, to create extra "new ticket" fields. Such as H9's eSupport, where when we submit a new ticket, we put in information for the Username, Domain Name, Domain Username, password etc? Thanks Chris. |

Yes of course.
Go to the Configuration tab Click Support Departments Click the edit icon of the department you want to edit Click the Custom Fields tab |
