I recently added a domain to my account, before purchasing I was assure by H9 that my hosting package was fine, but now I can't seem to figure out where I need to switch to work on the new domain. Can anyone fill me in? Thanks so much!

Make sure the domain has the correct nameservers H9 has assigned to you.
Log into Cpanel and click on addon domains. From there fill in the correct information. Might take a few hours to update, but from there you should be able to access it. It'll be in a directory on your main account. All stuff can be FTP'd to there. This is of course assuming you're on a shared account which I believe you are according to the forum category. |
