Default Two Domain related questions

I have two questions. So the first one is:
I bought a new domain two days ago, I emailed vodaSupport and they said that I have to wait 60 days for domain transfer. And they told me to point the domains to VH servers. I did that and I was able to use my domain, upload stuff, make subdomains, emails. So here is the question: What does transfer changes? Can it stay like this, or do I have to transfer that domain to Hostnine?

Second question:
How can I view AwStats for my new domain? When I go to AwStats, I see my old domain and subdomains + my new domains subdomains, but I can find just the domain.

You can keep your domains at the register you have now, you just have to point your DNS to H9's servers, one advantage of transferring you domain is that you never need to worry about billing, you get plenty of notice beforehand.
If you do decide to transfer, check first price of the transfer, your domain yearly update may be cheaper than that at H9.

That is correct your new domain you registered has a waiting period of up to 60 days, at the register before you can transfer to a new register, H9 is not a registrar in itself , your transfer would be transferred to a registrar of H9's choice

regarding not finding your new domain, you should submit a ticket to support, they will assist you
