I have had a support ticket open now for about 3 days, sent to Level 3 administration, yet I still haven't received an answer.
![]() I basically installed the app through cPanel. Uploaded my code to the appropriate directory. Then clicked on 'Run App' to test it. cPanel displays a message saying that the application is running but if i look at the app status it says "Not Running". Dear HostNine I am sorry for having multiple tickets open. Yet not having a response in 3 days is now starting to cost me large amounts of money. How long does this need to go one for? I am into the 4th day now, with 3 other RoR applications to load this week. What would you like me to tell my clients, when their sites aren't launched on time? |
