Is Postgres working for other people?
I'm having trouble making new postgres databases and adding new postgres users. Is anyone else having this issue?

I added a user to a postgres DB and when I login through phppgadmin that user doesn't have access to the DB.
I did submit a ticket about 3 days ago but I haven't heard anything.
