I can usually figure things out but this is obviously the first time I've ever wanted to set up my web mail. Why is this so hard to figure out? Who is my Email Client?
ops: Do I have to set up some separate email program based out of my own computer?

You have to be more explicit.
Do you want to setup an email for yourself? eg - youname@yoursite -> This can simply be done through cpanel. You can setup so that the email goes directly into outlook or you can also check it online via horde/squirell mail. |

While you do not actually have to have this to read your mail, it does make for a convienient way to get mail from multiple places like msn, yahoo, AOL, gmail, others and also any mail accounts that you setup in your hosting account. For creating mail accounts in your hosting account H9 has excellent video tutorial for this and many other cPanel functions - mail is at http://support.hostnine.com/tutorial...OP3_Email.html I think that you will find that this is not that difficult.... |

I will check out the Tutorials, thanks
forgot about those. I'm sure it's very simple which is why I don't understand why after I've set up my email with RoundCube I can send email but cant get it. I guess I'm wondering if its required to use an outside program like Outlook because I don't really want to as I don't see it necessary and would just check my email right through RoundCube...I don't forsee having more than one email set up for my one website. I just checked out that Tutorial. I already did the set up and also set up with RoundCube but thats why I'm here because it's not working for incoming email.

I love H9! All fixed guys thanks for the help...RoundCube mail never had me log in so I didn't realize I had to log in with different user/password (I used the same password as login for cpanel when I had set up my email so it didnt occur to me) but now I feel stupid--of course if I had employees we would all need to log in separately. Ugg, I knew it was easy! It's just that I was able to send mail from the same email address so it didn't click.
ops: I have to say H9 is very PATIENT with ignorance

I think if we create mail account in CP (mail management) we will get seperate account and also the password too.
