Post Some assistance required please

Hello,
I was asked to help an Arab friend of mine that does not speak English, and hosts his website with your company. There was another post open for this subject, but it was closed for one reason or another. And thus, I was forced to open this thread on his behalf.
http://forums.hostnine.com/showthread.php?t=2302

His website domain is http://www.all-theway.com/
It is not functioning and it seems to have been suspended.

Now the owner doesn't know why his website was taken offline... And as a result of his inability to speak English, he is incapable of discussing his website's problematic status with billing or support.

He says that his website fees have been paid in full, and has no idea on why it was suspended.

Would you be kind enough as to let me know what was the reason of this suspension, so that I may convey it to him.

In addition, kindly keep this thread open until a resolution is reached. Your help in this matter is much appreciated.

Thanks!

I am pretty sure this thread will be closed also because this is not a support forum, you must email abuse@hostnine.com with your complete account details.

Hostnine had stated repeatedly that no abuse issues will be discussed in the forum. And I assume because you were suspended it was for abuse.

And I am pretty sure if you persist to post thread after thread you will loose your posting rights.

Good luck and I hope this gets resolved.

first off, Thanks for your insight, Greg...

but if you pay more attention to my English, you will notice that its completely different from that of the previous poster, and HostNine can also look at my IP address and compare it to that of the user which submitted the first thread and find that I am a different person.

this is my second visit to HostNine's forum, and their response to the previous closed thread states that they are "willing to respond", which is a positive sign...

and yes of course, contacting support directly does make a lot of sense, but its hard to ask the domain owner to send me his complete account information, thats is extremely sensitive information and I dare not ask it from him although it would make this whole process easier and less time consuming.

All he wants to know is why was his website suspended. what part of the TOS did he break. Its a simple answer, and I would hope that HostNine understands my mediator role in this and help in one form or another

If they deem that this information is sensitive, and should only be reviewed exclusively by the domain owner first and foremost, then I kindly ask them to send him an email with an answer. He will then share that information with me to help shed some light to his dilemma.

At any rate, this is HostNine's call, and I leave the ball in their court. Thanks again Greg.

Take good care!

I did not say the domain owner, I said "I am pretty sure this thread will be closed also because this is not a support forum, you must email abuse@hostnine.com with your complete account details."

Just email Abuse@hostnine.com and do not post for this reason here again and you will probrobly get this resloved.
