Default SSH IP question

I'm using a new pc at a different location. the SSH will only authorize you for the original IP address. Can I add my current IP address or do I need to cancel the old one and re-register SSH with my new IP address?

What steps do I need to do?

Thanks in advance

My memory seems to fail me right now.

Do I need to make that request through 'support' by submitting a regular 'support ticket' or is there a special section on the H9 website or in CPanel to make that request?

I downloaded Putty and installed it.

Now it is askingg me for the Host Name or IP.

Would that be my IP or web address?

Your IP is the IP address your node is on, it is noted in your Reseller Central, under list accounts.

I would recommend you learning linux commands if you use ssh, just out of curiosity why do you need ssh access?

OK thanks for the information but now is when I sound like even more of an idiot.

I do not know where this Reseller Central is that you spoke of. I went onto the H9 website and read about the features but no where on the page did it tel you where to find this feature.

Is it within the H9 website, Cpanel or?

Thank you
