Hi,
Node26 has been playing up a lot recently, just taking information posted by Hostnine staff, it's been rebooted on the 14th, 20th, 25th, 27th and 28th of February. Are there any plans to try and solve this reliability issue in the near future? Thanks |

Hello ppl,
At 11 of March node26 was down for most than a hour. Today 12 of March it was down again for few minutes as i saw. Please H9, take a look in the logs and play as detective for a while to see why this is happening. |

I am on node 26 and I have experiences NO downtime in the last couple of days

I don't think it's the downtime which is the main issue now, it more the lack of response from H9 on this... Just a simple post saying "we're monitoring the issue" might be good enough...
There have plainly been issues with node26 as posted by H9 staff, and other customers are reporting issues! So come on guys, lets have a word from you! |

Calm your ears boy. You'll hurt yourself if you carry on like that.
H9 have repeatedly posted on places like WHT that their own forum is the preferred place to make posts about their service instead of making it global... But it does appear that if you want replies from H9 you need to go public with your issues... |
