I want to learn HTML+CSS. I was just wondering if i spend at least 3 hours a day studying it how quickly will i be able to write it fluently?
Also, when people design websites do they learn ALL of the code or do they have a blank template of the code then add all the vital information? Thanks |

No idea what your background in programming is???
Some could spend 3 hrs/day for the rest of their life and never master it, another has it nailed in 2 hours. If you are to develop very large html based sites...you should progress after html to learn ssi as this makes adding and managing a much simpler task.
