Is there a way to setup a Post in a form. This way on the website, it does not try to open your current email?

Thank you,

Michael

it's very late so I am a little blurry but I think you are asking if you can have a form setup so that it DOESNT open the person's email.

On your CPANEL there is a FORMMAIL script here -- frontend/x/cgi/FormMail.html

It's under the CGI center - it's pretty easy to setup and works like a charm.

Yes, that is exactly what I want to do, I have ventured into the CGI and have now become completely lost. I will continue with it, but if you have any quick suggestions, please feel free to put them down here.

Thank you

Are you saying you went into the CGI portion of your site -- I MEANT for you to go to "CGI Center" under your control panel. In there, you will find "Matt Wrights FormMailer" ... or something like that.

Download that script and open it up. Inside you will be able to read the file - there are real good instructions. If I remember correctly, you only need to change a couple of the parameters to make it work. Once you changed those parameters, you upload and then point your FORM towards that script.

Try that and let me know.

I have tried to do this mail thing, but just not able to get the hang of it. It gives me an error when I click the submit button, have to find out why.
