mp3 web player that doesnt reload on every page

Does anyone have a link to a nice mp3 web-player (any type, can be video player also but with mp3 support) that continues to play where it was even after loading a new page on the specific website? I have seen some nice ones but they all stops and reload the song from beginning when clicking on any link on a page.

I searched high and low for this for a client a few months back... and basically because the page is being reloaded it cannot be done. The best you could do is use something with javascript, but there would be at least a small gap as the page reloads - the size of the gap would depend on the internet connection speed.

Basically the only options are:
1. Load the player in a popup window
2. Build the site using frames - so that the pages that have to load are in a frame that won't effect the player
3. Build the site using flash.
None of these options are ideal, but then again what your trying to do is something that the web medium really wasn't designed to do.
