Yes, the indexing of folders and files, but with the ability to use my CSS to change the design and have it match my website.

Why not create a php script to pull the dir listing, that way you can modify it as you see fit?

If you are asking if htaccess can be modified on H9 servers, yes it can, and yes those steps would work.
