Lightbulb WebSite, tools or scripts ..

Anyone know if this kind of scripts or tools exists...

I would like to use something that 1 person can manage his site by himself..

I want to give access to 1 person to go add/remove/edit directly on the site. I need ADMIN section to logon first. The person need to have access to upload a picture, and fill up the information required (ie: Description, Year, Type etc...) Once this is posted on the site, the admin can go remove or edit that post again...

any idea???

There are a ton of open-source CMS solutions. Some are great, some aren't. Joomla is a great CMS with a huge user/development community. But, if you're interested in test driving several different titles, but don't want the headache of multiple installations, there is a great site called http://www.opensourcecms.com/ where you can go test drive the gamut of current CMSs. I eventually settled on Joomla for the needs of me and my clients, but I spent some time at the above site before I came to my decision. HTH!
