Going Rates - Design/Hosting

What are people charging these days end-users for a low-traffic, rather static (a few newsletters/annoucments per month), a few email addresses type of site?

How much for: Design (lets say about 10 pages, no flash, some graphics)

How much for: Setup

How much for: Domain Registrations

How much for: Hostings (per month/year)

I almost always under-valuate my own time so I figured I'd get some real data on what designers and resellers are charging. This would be US dollars - and not that it really should matter, but the Northeast region.

My design/layout rates for what you described $400-$500

No Set up fee

If I have to register the domain for them it's $33.00.. To much crap keeping track of them.

My basic hosting rates are $100/year plus fee for updates.

Most of my customers have managed sites, where I do all the updates and they do not have any access to it, I dont like fixing their mistakes, also I do not manage sites on other servers.

100 design fee
100 per page(They dont have the option to do like some sites and have 1 page super long, most pages are 800x800max Very rare I go over.)
120 a year for hosting
15 for domain

Anything after that $30.00 - $50.00 a hour

$240 per year for hosting the site, $50 one time set up fee, $10 to register domain. Changing a page or adding a page is $35 per hour. Clients are a combination of managing their own site or me doing it for them.

Starting at $450.00 and $40.00/hr of coding and $30.00/hr of design.

Domain, Hosting $250.00/year approx..depends of the packages..
