Default HowTo: suggestions?

As many of you may have noticed I have been trying to add some of these to help our users out with tasks that don't really need to always be submitted to support.


I know a lot of our users don't like to have to contact us every time something is wrong so I thought this may help.


If anyone has any common things they see wrong and think we should add it please do let me know here in this thread.

PS: please add anything here and not by email/ticket/phone support.

Does this mean that clients cannot create tickets on the matters listed here, or can they still create tickets if they feel uncomfortable doing this themselves?

This section is a great idea if it does not exclude clients from creating tickets on these subjects.

Oh no of course they can. This is just to help people who like to do it them self's.
