Well, big suprise that as a new reseller I am having difficulties so any suggestions are appreciated.
Here are the steps I've completed: 1. Requested SW sitebuilder activation. 2. Received the email that told me to try http://sitebuilder.yourdomain.com/admin/, or until my domain propogated sitebuilder.myserverhosts.com, for access. 3. Domain nameservers have propogated as my clients accounts are up. But, using the sitebuilder access address with my domain is still not working. 4. Support told me to access: http://sitebuilder.myserverhosts.com/admin/ 5. I did this, but noticed that I have a limit of 1 site. I am a reseller and was hoping to integrate the sitebuilder so that my clients could use it. I did read some threads that others have been able to do this. Is this possible? As a reseller, am I entitled to more than 1 site? I emailed support again, but know that they are busy and was hoping that the forum may step up and give me some suggestions. I did brand two nameservers with the domain I want to use with sitebuilder. Would this cause problems? Like I said before, the accounts I have set up with these nameservers are routing fine. Help!!!

You need to set up the limits within the sitebuilder for each user of yours.

Well, I've been looking at the SWsoft Sitebuilder manual at http://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuil...l/ag/index.htm
And, it's like my account has been set-up with "site owner" user settings, not the reseller settings. When I log-in to http://sitebuilder.myserverhosts.com/admin/ I don't have an option to change plans, hosts, or users. I only have the options of "creating a new site" & "managing my sites". I pulled up the following under my "profile": Maximum number of accounts 1 Maximum number of hosts 1 Maximum number of regular sites 1 Maximum number of pages per site Unlimited Maximum number of root level pages per site Unlimited Does this appear to be a H9 issue when they set-up my account, or am I a complete idiot?? Please don't be too harsh with you're answer, LOL!!

Hello yabbadoo: Are you logging in to sitebuilder with your reseller account? or are you logging in under your clients account? To create a sitebuilder for a client, you must log in with your reseller domain name and then create a plan and a user for each client. SW can be very confusing to set up, but once you catch on, it gets easier. When you get client accounts set up , you will be able to see them from your reseller account in SW by clicking on "my and my users" accounts.hope this helps.

H9 Hasn't Renewed their SW Sitebuilder License!!
Well, what it boils down to is that I cannot log-in using my domain that my webhost reseller acct. was set up on. I had emailed H9 multiple times and had gotten one line responses that never really answered my questions. After about 5 emails back & forth, H9 finally fessed up and told me that they haven't renewed their SW Sitebuilder license! And, they can't tell me when it is going to happen! (At this point, I wonder if it will...)
Bottom Line... new resellers, such as myself, are unable to access the SW Sitebuilder reseller features! Only the site owner features are available to us!! Hey!!! H9!!! Why the heck did you waste my valuable time by sending me the bogus login info, when you knew it wouldn't work in the first place?! It's not like I enjoy sitting around searching on forums for answers and waiting for your 1 liner emails! I am trying to run a biz here!! The SW Sitebuilder feature was one of the reasons I signed up for H9 webhosting. As I wanted my clients to be able to log directly into the sitebuilder without going through Cpanel. I suppose I need to take advantage of the "30 day guarantee"... Oh & BTW "H9" -- You CAN have clients log directly into RV & bypass Cpanel. (H9 told me it wasn't possible...) Here's what I found on the RV forum: 1. Just have them click their cpanel link directly to their builder location: http://domainname.com:2082/3rdparty/.../selectstyles/ Then their login info will be prompted. ...or... 2. Implement the above url with this script provided here from the cpanel.net forums: http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread....ght=login+form Thanks for letting me VENT!!

Something appears to not be working with RVSiteBuilder. Anyone know why?
I have WHM and I have no access to RVSiteBuilder Manager. It used to work fine. When I am inside a Cpanel account, the link to RV is: http://yourdomain.com:2082/3rdparty/...itebuilderhome This takes me to a blank page. However when I try to go to this address manually everything works: http://gillettewebhosting.com:2082/3...lder/index.php Any ideas??? It appears that my RV admin inside of WHM is not working and also appears that inside of Cpanel, the link to RVSiteBuilder is the wrong URL.. Plz help, -Corey |
