Default Step by step.

I know I must be posting the most rediculous questions this forum has ever seen but I'm a noob so I don't really have a choice.

I can't for the life of me figure out this SWsitebuilder thing...I figure I need to add a host but I don't know what to add! Not only that but when I go to the wizard it tells me I can't create any sites. Something about reaching my limit!?!?

Can anyone give me a few pointers here to get started? I'm reading through the manual but without knowing what host info and whatnot to input, I'm lost.

Well you have company because I am having the same issues:

I just joined H9 and I am on the new Reseller Central. Support activated SWsitebuilder and I have logged into my admin panel. It shows 5 hosts: galaxy, mars, Saturn, mercury, and server1.

Questions:
1. Do I have to create my own host or do I use one of the existing 5?
2. If I am to use one of the existing 5, which one? I was not given any server information indicating any of the above named servers.
3. If I am to create a new host what do I use? (I don't have any server information defined like the 5 above. I was given the following : IP's 64.38.1.218 and 72.232.177.114)

I tried to create a new plan and a new user under that plan without creating a new host plan. I then log on to my new user wizard and attempt to add a new site and receive the following : Error: Cannot create a regular site. You have reached the limit on the sites number. I have adjusted the quota on "maximum number of regular sites to=100 for my new site owner apparently to no avail.

MolsonFL and I need help! Any and all will be appreciated.

Call support larryg. I was calling on an unrelated issue and they told me it can be a problem from time to time. They said they were reinstalling the SWsitebuilder for me. Now I'm still having the same problem and actually on hold right now but they seem to know of the problem and will help any way they can.
