Site builder Publishing errors, can you help me understand?

Trying to publish to Site Builder to one of my sites and getting these messages, anyone able to help me understand what the problems are and how i can rectify them if poss?

It's telling me it hasn't published and the errors are below.

1. PHP SQLite extension does not support UTF-8 encoding at the specified site location. Your site might work incorrectly with text data.

4.Modules data has been updated, but with warnings.

5.Cannot copy the site files to the specified site location. It is possible that you do not have enough permissions for writing or there is not enough free space on the server.

Well there's plenty of free space, what permissions would be needed?

Yet it says this in between

2.The data of 'eShop' module (id is 'usmnvr4o20w') has been successfully published.

3.The data of 'Guestbook' module (id is 'ks8y3surqoj') has been successfully published.

I have noticed on the eshop there is this error on two pages.

Would appreciate some help and ideas for rectifying this, as this clients site is supposed to go live in less than a month...cheers
