Do you have a Ticket ID? I've seen a few tickets of that nature come through, the fix is easy enough.

Please let us know the ticket ID.

I have the same problem...

I get : gstopwatch.com:2082/3rdparty/rvsitebuilder/index.php/sitebuilder/createproject/
(FYI I modified my hosts file to access this page directly before getting the domain name rented)

I can easily remove the last 2 directory names to free the index.php but when I select the project I want to modify it goes back to the address above. Of course if I remove the 2 directory names it just brings me back to the first page.

Can this fix be applied to every server?

I haven't opened a ticket yet, let me know if you require I open one.
