Default Very Dissapointed

I am very disapointed H9 has chosen not to upgrade or update or even re-new the license for SW Soft Sitebuilder. SW is a quality piece of software with very good looking templates, very clean, not like RV Sitebuilder that looks cheap and unpolished. I had a PHP problem on one of my clients sites using SW Soft and was told by support that they don't support SW Soft. I understand that, but I was havinging the PHP problem on nearly every site after the php updates or upgrades or whatever they were that screwed everything up, it wasn't a problem with SW Soft. So I fell that support really let me down on this one. Come on guys, upgrade SW Soft to 4.0 so everyone can use it.

Hi,

This decision was final months ago . SWSoft refused to help with issues caused by their software and so we dropped them, plain and simple. Since then, we've heard of numerous other companies with the same issues. We will not disclose names publicly, but we will spread the word.

As a side note, an email was sent notifying anyone who ever requested it, if your email has changed since you requested it, you wouldnt have gotten that email, so I apologize, but this was 3 months ago.

Hi,

It was sent through the help desk as a reply to the same ticket that you requested SWSOFTsitebuilder in originally.

In the same manner, whether you got the email or not, is not going to bring it back.

When a company can't support there software then its not worth us keeping. I know this does cause issues for customers using it but we have our hands tied here. Coming from an admin stand point trying to fix software you didn't create its just a headache and customers just get even more upset. This is why we are doing away with it.

Why not re new the license and upgrade to the newest version instead, like you promised earlier? instead of leaving people out on a limb.

Throwing more money into a product to hear more promises from them is not an option. Sorry.
