Default Texas Outage Credits

Dear Valued HostNine Customers;

As you will be aware on Saturday, May 31st at 4:55pm CDT inThe Planet's H1 data center, electrical gear shorted, creating an explosion and fire that knocked down three walls surrounding our electrical equipment room. Thankfully, no one was injured. In addition, no customer servers were damaged or lost. We thank you once again for your patience during the recovery process. Your patience and understand allowed both Host nine and The Planet to quickly and effectively serve all customers and bring the servers back online as quickly as possible.

We would like to show our thanks for your co-operation during this time by offering your next month of hosting free. To claim this simply go to http://cp.hostnine.com/credit-request/ and fill out the form. All you need is your domain, main username, and email address you signed up with (and your current email address). So that we can effeciently serve all customers, please do not open billing emails asking what your details are, just fill in what you know. If something is incorrect, we'll reply and let you know.

Thank you again for your patience and co-operation during the last week, and thank you for choosing HostNine.
