DDos attack
Guys,
Please avoid coming into Live chat or submitting a ticket if your site is down right now. There is someone who is attacking the server with a major DDos, and I've spent the last 4 hours fighting it off. These are the nodes currently under attack: node28.myserverhosts.com node32.myserverhosts.com node34.myserverhosts.com node35.myserverhosts.com node37.myserverhosts.com node40.myserverhosts.com Thanks for your patience, this list is not updated, this guy is changing servers as quickly as I kick him out of one, he's on the next.

I've managed to mitigate the attack, it took a couple of hours, but either I banned all the ips this person had, or they just quit hitting the servers.
As you know from other updates there is going to be a major overhaul and upgrade applied to all servers, this will include new preventative measures put in place to stop such attacks.

Not all servers have completely recovered from the attack, we are working on them as well.

We found the website being attacked and the DNS for it has been rerouted to 127.0.0.1 so it will not affect the servers any longer.

We found the site being targeted finally. DNS has been null routed and the user will not be back on our servers.
Attacks are starting to stop.
