Nice design! I like it! ..
However, do you really think these templates works, like can you really make money with this... so many websites all over the place promoting the same thing... :/

Yeh... i think its worth it! Signature Templates (formally Template Express) was one of the main pro-side income when I had Web Hosting Express. Even tho its only 20% of the sale its still worth it! Low maintenance, no sales/support its all handled by programme.
