Review my Article Directory

My directory is been running for some time now, but I 've only just started giving it the attention it deserves and it's showing as traffic has increased a fair bit.

Please provide some +ve criticisms on how I can further improve the directory. (And maybe even sign the guestbook)

Is it a custom build or a commercial one?

I have been thinking of setting up a no frills article directory for ages for myself and my friends...So far I have scrutinized a few well known ones like:

1) Articledashboard
2) Evoarticles
3) ArticleLive

Wow lots of articles! How long has that taken to fill up?

I have had one up for the last month or so, see here: http://www.gaiapulse.co.uk, it's powered by Xoo Articles, they are the people who own Esyndicat Directory script, I got it for free because they were giving away 50 accounts. It's nice, and the guys have helped me customize it to how i want it. But there is no harm in looking out for a really nice one with bells and whistles and customizable...so I would love to know if this one was easy to customize too?
