-in the nav, the page you're on doesn't update - it's always on home

-your pages aren't valid XHTML, therefore you shouldn't have the valid XHTML link

-features page. dot points look like links

-signup page

grammar needs to be fixed up. you also change from "I" to "us".

-contact page
you say there are several ways to contact you but only one method is listed

"Sidebar Menu"
sounds rather template-like

Not totally impossible, I got bored here you go

Under your search box you have a open
Code:
</p>
tag, just needs deleting.

On your random photos remove the
Code:
<center></center>
tag, add padding in your sidemenu class.

On your main image you have alot of invalid code in your img tag. either add a class and insert it in your stylesheet or use
Code:
 style="float: left; border:none; width:188; height:172;"
add a alt tag aswell.

if you are unable to make the site valid, you should just remove the link. it's much better to have an invalid site than to try to sell an invalid site as being valid. it could even be considered to be fraudulent.

Nice idea, like the concept. My personal preference is slightly larger and darker body text but that is just me. Nice clean look.
