I would delete the period after the word "professional" in the header.

I think it looks very nice. On the home, and contact pages, the length of the "Manuscript Reviews" extends the page well beyond the main body, and puts a large whitespace between the body and footer. Maybe this information needs a page of it's own instead. Maybe just a <more> link
near the bottom of the collumn, if you have to cut it short.
