Exclamation No RVSiteBuilder admin in WHM accounts for resellers???

Hi there,

I use to access RVSiteBuilder admin for clients on my WHM. Today when I tried, instead of admin for resellers I got 'Start side' for RVSiteBuilder for users. With error: 'Access denied'.

This is happening on Gibson server. On Ejecta server it is OK.

Support told me that resellers shall not have that panel!? It can't be true. So I'm wondering what is true?

So how shall I do settings for my clients that uses RVSiteBuilder??? Totally madness.

And a follow up question - Why has H9 not enabled several of the useful WHM tools including this one?

Cool

The thing is that is impossible for resellers to use RVSiteBuilder without admin panel. You can't set anything, not the languages, templates, nothing!!! It is disaster.

But it was there from the beginning. Now I only have the RVSiteBuilder admin panel on 2 resellers account at H9.

There is absolutely NO REASON to downgrade resellers so much. Let me just tell you:

- We disk function doesn't work;
- Ruby on Rails doesn't work;

But maybe the message is clear: "Upgrade to dedicated and it will be there..."

I will really appreciate if you could give me 'good old fashion H9 support'. Please.

Have you tried going directly to the RVSiteBuilder admin url for the server the link isn't appearing on?

Ok you really should submit another support ticket and say that you need the RVSiteBuilder Manager enabled for your WHM because your clients use it. I can't see why they wouldn't enable it for your account...because it obviously installed on that server.
