Node 22 has been down for over 12 hours now. The last post from tech support at 12:07pm (5 hours and 20 minutes ago) says "system is up, still working on problems". Can we get a more detailed and informative posting so that our clients can be informed on why their websites are not up? Is there a time limit when you have to say "let's setup another box, and restore from backup?". I would think after 12 hours we would have thought of this!

Down for 15 hours now. I could have bought parts, built a server, installed OS, and had backups restored by this time!
Support only says should be within the hour! What can be done?? Anyone have any answers? |

Are you sure your ip is not blocked, this happens alot. Put in a ticket and see.

Thanks, Greg, but I have had a ticket open since 7:30am on 3/12. I am at level 3 support, but can not get a response out of them, other than we will update you when we know more.

Yes, Node22 is having problem. My Cpanel is corrupt at node22 and all the sql Databases are also not there.
I also have ticket opened since last 24hours. They replied that this issue is with limited users thats why they have not posted this in forum. But dont know why are they taking so much time to fix this issue. My site is opening but due to no sql databases it is displaying so many errors and cpanel also corrupt. |

Im having the same problem. My site is nothing but MySQL errors. Great for business huh?!! All I hear is "we are working on the issues".
Well how about moving me to a node that works!!!!!!! I could have bought my own server and set up my own hosting by now. My business has been down for going on 2 days now and the best part is i get the most business on the weekend. This is the second time this has happened with this company. Just taking peoples money, packing their servers and apparently they dont have a crash plan. My business has to be "shut down" for days while they "fix" the problem. My business should have only went down at most a couple hours. My account should be up and running on a back up while they "fix" THEIR problem! |
