Well, now we got new issues. None of my domains that have been moved to your new servers are able to receive e-mail because ALL messages (spam and valid) are apparently being blocked. I sent several test messages from my Yahoo account, only one of which generated a bounce message due to it being listed as spam. The other test messages have just disappeared completely.

I sent a test message from an e-mail account hosted by H9, to a mailing list on the same domain, also hosted by H9. The original message went through after about 5 minutes, two list members replied to it, but the next reply I sent to it was bounced as not passing spam filters. Guys, it's on the same domain, the same server, and according to your documentation for ASSP it should have auto-whitelisted the first time I sent a message to it.

I have disabled ASSP until you can get it working correctly. Yes, tickets were filed.

Oh, something I just realized - the documentation for ASSP says we have to be sure we're sending using your SMTP servers. FYI, in a lot of areas Comcast doesn't allow that anymore. We MUST use their SMTP server to send any mail at all, which means your auto-whitelisting isn't going to work.

Also in the new version, it also helps to disable the "delaying filter" did wonders for me.

Ticket numbers are
JZB-318344: Mail is not being delivered
MFK-737147: Not receiving e-mail

One was filed for each domain that is affected.

I noticed that the option for Delaying Filter is not available on my primary domain, but it is there on the other one. Weird. They are on different servers (or they were, anyway, maybe with the change they are now on the same location.) For now I have just disabled all of it, as we are waiting on some rather critical bank information and do NOT want it to get bounced.

Yes on 2 different server, some servers have the old and and some have the new version, only the new version has the option to disable the delaying.

Look at this post ----> http://www.hostnine.com/hosting-foru...html#post19716
