Node 60 Hacked!

I had a bunch of my websites hacked on Sunday. It was a redirect inserted into php pages. It was initally only affecting my Word Press sites. So I cleaned up what I could and seemed to work. The sites were hacked again Monday and then Yesterday, even after word press, cpanel, FTP and sql database passwords and access was changed. It also now has affected some non-wordpress sites on html index files(all with the same redirect) I have a few patches in place but not all are resolving.

Based on the fact that it was outside my wordpress sites I did a reverse ip lookup to see the other sites on the server (not mine!) After looking at only a few of the 500+ sites, I found about HALF had the same hack. Here are the sites (not mine) with the same hack.

Ticket Sent! How can we get a quick resolution? The phone support said that you only have 24 hours worth of backup?

Oops. Should have posted this in the shared hosting rather than reseller hosting section. STILL it is an issue!!

Wish I could say it was resolved. It looks like now even more pages have been affected and hacked...regardless of HTML based, Custom PHP scripts, or WordPress sites. Way more sites than just my account, Just take a look at the sites on the server 60+%? Please resolve or report ASAP!
