I have attempted to install an SSL certificate for my customer. I had to use the HostNine SSL install Request form. When entering info I have to use mine rather than his. The certificate is in his name not mine. Would there be a conflict?

I have. And I have been waiting for a few hours now. I really need an answer. I have have the SSL installed by tomorrow. I can't do that if my security question isn't working. Ticket #XUX-776409
